For this project I decided to create a new brand identity for the company Bragg Organics. This company only sells apple cider vinegar and appeals to a older audience with the lack of a modern logo and old school font syles. I decided to try to revive the company's brand by bringing in modern design and fonts that I felt fit the modern theme.
Raw Photo Sessions
For this project I decided to explore the raw, natural elements. I went out into the woods and found some different subjects to photograph and I decided to add my own lighting effects to the pictures to promote contrast and intensify the greens and blues throughout this picture series.
I decided to create this travel guide, because I have always wanted to go to Japan and I love the overall aesthetics that Japan has to offer. I also love to look through travel magazines and guides because they all use nice layouts that are very visually appealing which I wanted to re-create for myself.
I dedicated this project to the growing up in the 90's and the effect that the media had on me. I used a dark background with pastel colors to show contrast as well as the crazy looking designs that were a very large part of the 90's. A lot of the articles enclosed in the magazine reflect on the nostalgia of this decade and how it effected people then compared to today.
For this project, I decided to re-create currency for the entire country of Canada. This task was challenging because I had to add in some different traits that all currency possess such as a water mark and some other different markings to show numbers on the money. I decided to go with a cardinal red color and a gold, because maple leafs are a large feature of Canada and most people associate these leafs with a vivid red color.
The task for this project was to create a medieval initial out of either my first or last initial. I decided to go with very royal colors to show wealth and power by using purple and gold foil which was used in medieval times to show power.
